Actually, I think the non-satiation axiom is itself implies continuity, at least it must has been defined in nearby areas.
In this sense, the question is of no problem since economic theories rules out negative bundles, or say that only first plane around bundle vector 0 is defined. And in view of this, I think axiom 4 is well defined.
Am I right?
