exercise 3.26 errounda younes ronda ronda_younes@yahoo.fr
Hi everyone
My question is if we assume a homothetic production function, can we derive any refutable assumption from a comparative static analysis on cost minimization? If yes what property of being homothetic are we using? (As I Know a homothetic function is not necessary concave or quasi-concave)
Thank You
