There is also a missing reference to Sen (1970a) on page 527. I think this is 'Collective Choice and Social Welfare', San Francisco, Holden-Day (page 39).
Neither could I find a link in the text to Spence (1976) but I suspect this ties in with Exercise 4.25 on page 179.
There is also a mention of Scarf in Exercise 5.19 on page 234 without a reference. Can't help on this one!
Finally, I have been unable to track a link with Sonnenschein (1971) (not as spelt) referenced on page 533.
On a different theme, in Selten (1965), there is no hyphen in Nachfragetragheit which (I think) should have an umlaut on the third 'a', the volume number is 121 not 12 and, both here and in Wald (1936), there is an umlaut on the u in 'fur' which I can't type.
Slutsky (1915) is 'bilancio' not 'bilancie'.
Walras (1874) is '...d'economie..' with an acute on the first e, not '...d'economic...'.
