Exercise 1.33 Francisco Ciocchini fjciocchini fjciocchini@yahoo.com
Hi,
Does anyone have an answer to Exercise 1.33?
Is this question implicitly assuming that the utility function is not only strictly increasing but also unbounded above? (otherwise it may be impossible to satisfy the constraint u(x)>=u when u increases without bound)
Regards,
Francisco.
